There are 5 aspects of your profile which will boost your chances of more shifts and better pay.
1. Star rating
The higher your rating, the more likely depots will be to choose you. 2024 will see the release of "Better Pay" a reward system which gives bonus wages to the best rated Operatives.
2. Shift count
The more shifts you have completed on the App, the more experience proof you have and the more likely depots will choose you.
3. Application speed
Depots are very busy places. When they post a shift, they are more likely to choose the earliest applicants than the latest ones.
4. Qualification
The majority of shifts will require an SLG UNIT 1 Qualification. So be sure to have this as a minimum. However, the higher your qualification, the more likely Depots will be to choose you.
5. Bio
Depots will read your Bio when comparing you to another Operative. Be sure to keep your Bio well-written, zero spelling mistakes, engaging, informative and concise.
